How long does the full process take from start to launch?

How involved do I need to be during the project?
Your input is most critical during the Discovery and Design phases, where we need to understand your goals and get your feedback on the visual direction. You'll review design mockups and have unlimited revisions until the design is exactly right. After that, our team takes the lead on development — we keep you in the loop without overwhelming you with technical detail.
If I already have content, do I need to start from scratch?
Not at all. If you have existing content, our copywriters will review and optimize it for SEO and brand messaging rather than rewriting everything from scratch. For e-commerce projects, we can also migrate existing products, blog articles, customer data, and more from your current platform so nothing gets left behind.
What does the launch process look like?
We handle the full launch process, including migrating your hosting and updating your DNS records to point to the new site. We plan launches carefully to minimize any downtime, and we're on-hand to address anything that comes up immediately post-launch. You won't be left to figure out the technical side on your own.
Is SEO included in the project, or is that a separate service?
Technical SEO optimization is included a site redesign. We optimize page meta titles and descriptions, image alt text, header structure, and image sizes across your entire site before launch. We also ensure that Robots.txt file and web crawler settings are set up to your desires. This ensures your new website is set up for strong search engine performance from a technical perspective. We do offer SEO content/copywriting services separately.
