Matt Wing has been a part of the Sidekick Team for almost two years, and is responsible for the design of all Sidekick websites. A true Colorado Native, he enjoys sampling all of the different microbreweries around town and taking his Chocolate Lab, Ollie, on as many adventures as he can handle.
Matt has worked as a Graphic Designer for five years, working both independently and as part of multiple teams, spanning a variety of different projects ranging from marketing material, including large scale advertisement, brand identification, and now creating unique and eye-catching websites layouts for businesses across a variety of industries. You're guaranteed to find him on the weekends at a local coffee shop, or finding the best spot for street tacos.
Erin Silva is the Founder and President of H1 Web Development. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the business including the overarching strategy for the business, sales, marketing, client relations and project work. Growing up the child of small business owners, she understands the importance of customer service, hard work, and smart business management.
Prior to starting the business, Erin worked as a consultant for a telecom consulting firm based in Denver, CO. Before that, she lived in the Greater New York City Area for 4 years after college and worked in corporate marketing for an international manufacturing and CPG company.
Erin attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Communications & Journalism. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Benjie, family and friends.
Cameron Perrin is a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for building modern, innovative applications. His background is in art and design which has equipped him with a rare blend of creativity and technical skills, enabling him to proficiently develop both front-end and back-end solutions. He thrives on the thrill of creating new things, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible to achieve excellence in every project he's apart of.
Alan is a senior web developer responsible for Webflow website development. He has a deep understanding in UI/UX and responsive web design, and is an expert at creating beautiful pixel-perfect, high-performing sites. Before he joined H1 Web Development, he worked as a senior developer in various digital agencies and built a a variety of large-scale, multi-industry e-commerce stores from scratch. As an innovative, detail-oriented, and hard working developer, he always puts his best into meeting the goals of the client.When he is not coding, Alan spends his spare time playing sports like soccer, tennis, and more.
Ryan Cowdrey is the Marketing & Client Services Coordinator for H1 Web Development. He is responsible for internal marketing, copywriting and client communications.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Ryan began his career in blogging, where he fell in love with copywriting and the possibility for words to shape behavior. Fueled by this passion, Ryan built and managed daily editorial production cycles for a number of tech startups and futurists.
After eight years of working in media production, Ryan joined the H1 Web Development team to further pursue this passion of helping businesses grow through carefully-crafted word choices and thoughtfully-designed web properties.
